Fireflies is an audiovisual production agency established in 2012 by photographer and director Felana Rajaonarivelo. Fireflies produces top-notch audiovisual content with a special focus on creating socially-conscious films and photographs. Since its founding, the agency has emerged as an industry leader, with diverse and esteemed clients from business, government, and non-governmental organizations.

Fireflies is a team of passionate and experienced young people skilled in humanitarian photography, human-centered corporate films, and impactful documentaries. We excel in sound engineering, sound design, graphic design, 3D creation, motion design, and audio mixing in Dolby Surround 5.1.
Fireflies emphasizes the importance of strong collaborations with clients and industry talents. Pre-Production Planning
This service involves scriptwriting, storyboarding, location scouting, casting, and all the necessary preparations before actual filming begins.
Cinematography
Cinematographers, or directors of photography, provide expertise in capturing high-quality visuals. This includes camera operation, lighting design, and shot composition.
Photography
Discover landscapes, intimate portraits, and candid moments meticulously captured with artistic vision, specializing in natural light to authentically portray each subject.
Multi-Camera Streaming Broadcast
In a video and streaming control room, the team oversees equipment setup, live switching, and real-time troubleshooting to ensure smooth streaming. We maintain high-quality broadcast standards for seamless content delivery.
Motion Design & VFX
VFX professionals create computer-generated imagery (CGI) and other special effects to enhance the visual appeal of a video or film. This includes adding digital characters, environments, and explosions.
Sound Design and Audio Production
Sound engineers & designers work to create high-quality audio for the video. This includes recording, editing, & mixing audio elements like dialogue, music creation, & sound effects.
Post-Production Editing
Video editing transforms raw footage into a cohesive narrative. Editors cut, arrange, and add effects to refine the final product. Color grading enhances visuals by adjusting tones and contrast for emotional impact and cinematic quality.
Events Organization
Event organization requires meticulous planning from concept and venue selection to logistics and execution. Successful organizers ensure smooth operations and create memorable experiences.

During the Regional Conference on Peace and Stability, themed “The Role of Youth in Peace and Democracy in the Indian Ocean,” Fireflies handled the “All Package” organization. From event management to logistics, as well as sound and visual ambiance, we managed every aspect with precision. Thanks to our expertise, the event ran smoothly, providing young leaders with a professional and inspiring space to express themselves fully.

During the regional slam poetry contest on the theme “Youth for Peace and Stability,” Fireflies enhanced the event by managing the decoration, sound, and lighting ambiance. With a carefully crafted setup, we created an immersive and captivating atmosphere that highlighted each performance, making the evening unforgettable for all participants.

Digital Era Evening
The “Digital Era” event on October 9th immersed participants in an evening dedicated to digital innovations in microfinance in Madagascar, fully managed by Fireflies as an All Package project. We handled the event management, logistics, as well as the sound and visual ambiance. The program featured live demonstrations of technological solutions facilitating financial inclusion, including online platforms and mobile applications, followed by a roundtable with experts discussing the challenges and opportunities of digitalization in the local context.

The inauguration of PAMF’s new headquarters and branch in Morarano Ivandry was a significant event, organized as an All Package project by Fireflies. We managed the event, ensuring smooth coordination and a welcoming environment for guests, including the Minister of Economy and Finance, officials, and community members. The ceremony highlighted PAMF’s commitment to innovation and financial inclusion in Madagascar, featuring a symbolic ribbon-cutting and tours of the modern facilities designed to promote collaboration and accessibility.
